Here Is What You'll Learn:

✅ Grow Your Personal Margin And Professional Impact At The Same Time

As therapists, counselors, and helping professionals, our goal is to change as many lives as possible. And while the personal journeys we get to walk with individuals, couples, and families can be so rewarding in seeing transformation, we all have limits in the work. We can only see so many clients in a week. But with the different pathways in the knowledge economy (workshops, writing, online courses, etc.), we have an opportunity to increase our impact in the world far beyond what the busiest client caseload could ever do.

✅ Decrease Burnout And STOP Trading Time For Money

You’ll hear about proven paths that can allow you to pay off student debt, make that new house affordable, and allow more time for your family and your friends… without requiring you to increase your caseload, hire additional therapists in your practice, or add to your already heavy caseload.

✅ Learn “3 Secrets” Of The Knowledge Economy

Or webinar presenter, Dr. David Hall, happen to have a bit of insider intel on lots of different angles for therapists opportunities in the knowledge economy, and he has boiled some of his key lesson down to 3 impactful secrets that he thinks 90% of therapists will MISS (causing them to accidentally sabotage their creative success, and therefore their impact). David is keen to make sure others are well-equipped to avoid common pitfalls and traps.

Even in success, we quickly understand the limits.

For those therapists who feel that they have arrived—they've opened their own practice, they have a full caseload of well-paying clients, they've started a group practice and are supervising and leading other clinicians, etc.—whether we've accomplished all of this or have even just begun dreaming about these possibilities (even as a new graduate), the limits of how much these accomplishments allow us to free up our time and scale our income, and the positive effect we have on others, becomes clear early on.

Our webinar presenter, Dr. David Hall, has certainly experienced this. He's been a private practice clinician, dependent on his own caseload, and has experienced the lack of margin that happens when you have a full caseload and have nowhere to go. He's begun different practices in both medical psychiatry and psychotherapy, and has felt the limitations of having to continue to add new clinicians that you have to manage to grow and maintain margin. And in all this, he's also found pathways that allow for tangible scaling, where his time is not eaten up by the endless process of client and clinician management.

He's also seen how impact can be spread much more widely by helping other clinicians be equipped in their work. And he's even done this, for the most part, without having to be reliant on his own teaching material.

So…if you're interested in learning about this process to scale as a therapist, we hope you will join us for this webinar experience.
